What personal data we process
Depending on how you use our online store, we may process, among other things, the following personal data:
- name and contact details;
- billing and delivery address;
- email address and telephone number;
- order, payment and transaction details;
- account details when you use a customer account;
- communications with our customer service;
- technical and usage data processed through the online store and necessary or permitted cookies and similar technologies;
- data that you provide for personalisation, such as names, texts, dates, addresses, locations for coordinates, photos, images, logos and other files.
Why we process personal data
We process personal data to the extent necessary for:
- entering into and performing the purchase agreement;
- processing payments;
- production, personalisation and checking of orders;
- shipping and delivery;
- customer service;
- returns, withdrawals, warranty and complaints;
- security and fraud prevention;
- our administration and legal obligations;
- marketing or other optional purposes where there is a valid legal basis or, where required, consent.
Personalisation files and photos
If you upload a photo, image, logo or other file for a personalised product, we use that file to fulfil the relevant order and for the necessary handling of that order.
We do not use personalisation files supplied by you for advertising, social media or other promotional purposes without separate consent.
Uploaded photos and other personalisation files are deleted after production and the necessary order handling have been completed and the files are no longer needed. This is separate from order, payment and administrative data that we must retain for longer because of legal obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on the processing, we rely among other things on:
- performance of a contract or taking steps before entering into a contract;
- a legal obligation;
- a legitimate interest, for example for security, fraud prevention and necessary business operations, insofar as your interests and rights do not override those interests;
- your consent where consent is required by law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Sharing with service providers
We use external service providers to operate our online store and fulfil orders. These may include:
- Shopify for the online store and technical infrastructure;
- providers that process payments;
- carriers and shipping service providers;
- hosting, storage and technical service providers;
- service providers required for customer service, security or administration.
These parties receive personal data only to the extent necessary for their services or where we are legally required to provide it.
Shopify may process personal data in other countries. Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the applicable rules and safeguards for international transfers apply.
Retention periods
We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we need to retain data for longer because of a legal obligation, a dispute or another valid legal reason.
The specific retention period may therefore differ by type of data.

Our online store uses necessary cookies and similar technologies to make the online store function properly, for example for the shopping cart, checkout and security.

- have personal data deleted in certain cases;
- have processing restricted in certain cases;
- object to certain processing;
- have your data transferred in certain cases;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we carry out a request.
